Domokun appeared in the Comic Fiesta 2010 KL at Berjaya Times Square

he was 170cm tall!!! thats so huge!!

He was the cutest thing There!! OMG!!

I took so many pics of it!!

It’s me!
I made the costume in just 1 day before Comic Fiesta

I use Pvc Pipes and loads of Fabric.

The only costly thing was the fabric. the other stuff I used were white paper, glue, staplers and newspaper, to make the stuffings and black card board for the eyes.

On Comic Fiesta morning, I waited for Fiona but she woke up late we packed everything in the car and went to her house to pick her up

After that we took the car to KL. Fiona Parked the car at 4th floor and we unpacked the stuff without knowing..it was the lift quite near our car.

SO we went down to Ground Floor with the trolley full of comics as Victoria pushed it while I carried Domo around.

Domo wasn’t ready. I had to fix up his frame before I could put his skin on.

So as we tried to find the correct lift and we tried the first one was the hotel lift.
The security guard shoo us away because we had a trolley and trolleys arent suppose to use the hotel lifts.

So he redirected us to the Cargo lift. Once we reached the cargo lift.. there were lots of workers there waiting for the elevator to come, and they had lot of things to load into the elevator too. much more than us.

We waited quite long for the elevator to arrive. Finally it came and we pressed number 14 button, it was the highest floor.

Finally when the door opened, We were shocked.. right after the elevator door was a roller shutter door and it was closed, with a small note to go to 11th floor.

So we pressed 11 and waited. when we opened the 11th floor lift. it was U mobile office floor and all the doors were locked.
We were very confused and pressed back G to go back to ground floor to ask the hotel guard.

Once reaching Ground floor Fiona walked furiously to the guard and asked him whats up with this? and the guard redirected us again to another lift, the lift for the staff. and told us to go to 14th floor using this lift, so we carried our stuff and pushed the trolley to the staff lift.. pressed 14 again and went up..

This time when the lift door opened, we saw 2 doors, when we opened the one on the right, the alarm rang and the other do was shut tight. There was no way out again.. Fiona was really frustrated, and went back to the Ground floor to give the guard another road of scolding.

The Guard walkie other guards and another man with guard uniform came and told us to use the lift in the shopping mall.and redirected us once more to another lift.

This time he came up together with us and made sure we got to our floor.

Finally when the lift door opened we heard the crowd and knew it was the right entrance, Finally we made it.!!

Berjaya Times Square!.. Sigh.. what a confusing place.

It doesn’t end there.

During the afternoon I went down to get something from the car to the 4th floor.

After taking the stuff from the car. I went back the the correct lift we took earlier, It was really Crowded, Everyone was waiting for the same 2 lifts to go up.

Thinking why don’t I take the escalator to go up would be faster.

So I tried the escalator all the way up to 10th floor, then it just stops there.
There was no more escalator up, it was the ceiling, a dead end, So I thought Why don’t I take the stairs up, I could hear somepeople using the stairs too.

So I climbed up 11th, 12,th reaching 13th floor, A bunch of cosplayers told me the 14th floor door was locked and they were going back down.
Geez. Why don’t they open the stairs! what if a fire happens? Everyone will be stuck at 14th floor LAR!

So I went back down to 10th floor and waited with the rest of the cosplayers, to go up the lift. When the lift doors opened, IT was Fully packed!

So we waited for the next one. Finally there was enough space for a few of us to squeeze. It took me about 20mins to just go up there. So trouble some!
Seriously.. why did they build such a complicated shopping mall?

Anyways, with all the bothersome stuff happening outside the hall, It didn’t matter, Cos once I was at the hall, It was really fun being Domo..

All i could see the Flashes.. … Can’t really see the outside since I didn’t make holes on domo to look outside. There was one time there were so many swords poking Domo.. I even saw a blue lightsaber.

Soon I found out what was going on
